Welcome to Phu Quoc Island! Depending on your flight schedule, the driver will pick you up at the airport and check you into the hotel.

Today you are free to arrange your own itinerary and enjoy the beauty and surprises that Phu Quoc Island brings to you. Stay in hotels, listen to the waves, stroll on the beach, visit the night market, taste good food, enjoy the breeze and  sunshine, quietly spend a undisturbed holiday.

[Phu Quoc Island] Located in Southeast Asia,  has fine white beaches, clear blue waters and lush tropical vegetation. This is a place of nature's bounty, where the sunlight pours over the sea and the waves sparkle as if countless diamonds sparkling. The island is peaceful and vibrant, offering both a relaxing vacation and a wide variety of water activities. The island is also known as “Pearl Island” because of its abundance of pearls.

[Phu Quoc Grand world-Vietnam's  Venice] With the theme of Venice canals, it creates a European style fantasy night city. The closing water dance and light show after nightfall has diversified and rich contents; it provides a romantic space for all visitors to replicate a miniature Venice, with wonderful live performances for all visitors to experience from day to night!

[Bamboo Legend] Vietnam's largest bamboo building, using 42,000 bamboos, skillfully blends Vietnam's iconic cultural symbols: the lotus flower - Vietnam's national flower, the Dong Son bronze drum - Vietnam's national cultural treasure, and the bamboo tree - a symbol of Vietnam's soul, with its strong will.

[Mazu Temple] The belief in Mazu originated in the coastal areas of China and later spread to Vietnam through immigration and cultural exchange. The Mazu Temple on Phu Quoc Island is the local manifestation of this belief, which is not only an important place for local fishermen to pray for safety at sea, but also an important place to learn about local culture and culture.

[Ho Quoc Pagoda] Built with a donation of VND100 billion from the former Prime Minister of Vietnam, Nguyen Tan Dung, it is considered to be a remarkable and unique location with its steep terrain, perched high on the coast with the mountain at its back and facing the sea. Inside the Pagoda, there is a 29-meter-high statue of Guanyin facing the sea, providing visitors with a unique location for praying for blessings and viewing the landscape.  The Pagoda is filled with a strong Buddhist atmosphere, with green trees and  fresh breeze, which makes people feel a sense of transcendence and serenity. As Vietnam has been inspired by Chinese culture since ancient times, the shadow of Chinese architecture can also be seen everywhere in the Pagoda.

[Sunset Beach] Sunset is an iconic experience on Phu Quoc Island, and if you miss these stunning spots, it's a great pity; the beaches are full of super cool art installations and plenty of Entertainment, just grab your camera and capture these surreal moments.

[Hon Thom Island Paradise] The pearl hidden in the south of Phu Quoc Island in the Antoy Islands, known for its unspoiled natural beauty, it not only has a lush coconut grove, white fine sandy beaches and crystal clear blue sea water, but also includes amusement parks and water parks.

[The world's longest cross-sea cable car] The 8-kilometer cable car connects An Thoi Town and Hon Thom  Island across the turquoise sea, taking about 15 minutes each way, with stunning scenery along the way and 360-degree sea views from the air. The green islands, pristine coastline, and colorful fishing boats create a moving picture. This round-trip cable car ride adds infinite fun to a short but wonderful trip to Hon Thom Island.

[Sunset Town] is considered to be the most beautiful sunset viewing spot in Vietnam, where the three different shades of the sky at sunset bring many strange and interesting feelings to visitors. This place has the most typical characteristics of a colorful Italian town: colorful houses situated on slopes gradually sloping towards the sea; small winding streets bustling with stores; colorful balconies and window frames. The romantic slopes facing the turquoise coast form a picture that captures the life of a long day.

[Special gift fireworks show] The fireworks show in Sunset Town is combined with the “Kiss of the Sea” Water Dance Fireworks Show to provide a visual feast for the audience, using today's most advanced fireworks display technology to show more than 100 kinds of fireworks effects to the melody of internationally famous songs. The show includes both high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks, making Phu Quoc Island the only island in the world that hosts an artistic fireworks show every night.

3、Please be sure to check the room carefully before checking out, especially the bathroom, balcony and other places, do not miss anything;

4、If your return flight is late, it is recommended that you check out first and store your luggage at the hotel front desk;

5、After arriving at the airport, you need to check in by yourself;

6, we recommend that you leave a jacket with you when you pack your luggage, the airport and the plane is cold, please pay attention to keep warm ~!

4. Personal expenses oversea (including but not limited to laundry, hairdressing, telephone, fax, pay TV, drinks in the hotel,

5. Peak season surcharge: If you catch the local festivals, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year's Day and other events, you need to pay the difference in price, specific to the hotel requirements prevail.

3.The flight numbers and times provided in the itinerary are indicative and may undergo reasonable adjustments during actual implementation.

4.The distances indicated between cities are estimated from external maps and serve as a general reference. Actual distances may vary depending on local traffic conditions.

Kindly note that long-distance travel may not be advisable for pregnant women. Please exercise caution and make a well-informed decision before booking.

Meeting & Departure:

Please ensure you arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will depart on time without waiting. Arriving late will be considered a cancellation, and fees are non-refundable.

The boarding and disembarking times indicated are estimates, and the final locations are subject to our confirmation. Any changes due to traffic or other special circumstances will be communicated promptly. Please be patient.

Luggage & Vehicle:

We operate various types of vehicles, including buses, mid-sized buses, and 9-seater minibuses. While large buses have luggage racks, mid-sized and minibuses have limited space. We recommend carrying only essential luggage to ensure one seat per person.

Please note that in European cities, bus stops are often situated a distance from attractions to avoid penalty. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Bus Safety Tips:

1.No smoking on the bus.

2.Prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

3.Avoid touching vehicle items to prevent damage.

4.During stops, please adhere to the guide's instructions and stay close by.

5.When disembarking, ensure windows are closed and valuables are with you. The travel agency is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

If a vehicle breakdown occurs during the tour, affecting the itinerary, the travel agency will take swift remedial action. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated

Refunds and Changes Policy

Trip Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancel your trip 60 or more days before departure and receive a full refund.

Processing Fee Refund: Cancel between 30 and 59 days before departure, and a 10% administration fee will apply.

Partial Refund: Cancel between 18 and 29 days before departure, and 50% of the total order amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 17 days of departure are non-refundable due to confirmed vehicle and hotel bookings, but a friend can be substituted in your place.

Additional Notes

The cancellation policy does not cover tours that include airfare and cruises, as they are governed by the respective airline and cruise line policies.

Failure to arrive on the departure day will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund policies for additional hotel bookings or services are subject to the individual hotel's policies.

Personal reasons such as incomplete documents, visa issues, late arrival, illness, or accidents resulting in cancellation or failure to participate in the trip will not be refunded or compensated with alternative services.

Handling of Special Circumstances

In cases where the trip cannot proceed due to force majeure events like weather, war, or strikes, our company prioritizes guest safety and has the right to cancel or modify part or all of the trip. We assume no direct or indirect responsibility for such events, and any paid fees are non-refundable.

Value-Added Insurance Service

Consider adding our "Worry-Free Travel" insurance service for only $280 per person. It offers full flexibility for cancellation without questions 12 or more days before departure. For cancellations between 8 and 12 days (inclusive), you can reschedule your trip with no penalties.

Explanation of Additional Charges

If the airline alters its fares due to policy changes, you will be required to pay the difference in accordance with the airline's regulations. Please note that group tickets are not eligible for changes, exchanges, or refunds.

Should the policy adjustments of the destination country result in additional costs for items not included in the itinerary or related services, the price difference must be settled in accordance with the applicable regulations.
