Transport:
Breakfast:At hotel
Lunch:Not included
Dinner:Not included
Accommodation: Local 5-star hotel
Itinerary:

Take a bus to Yangguan(visit time : 2.5hours, ticket + guided explanation included). It is named Yangguan because it is located to the south of Yumen Pass. Yangguan was first built during the Yuanding period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. As a gateway to the Western Regions and an important pass on the southern route of the Silk Road, it was a strategically vital place that ancient military strategists contended for. The Yangguan Scenic Area mainly consists of four parts: the museum, the Commandant's Office, the beacon tower ruins, and the Yangguan Avenue. Today, Yangguan is no longer desolate and has become the largest grape base in Dunhuang. Standing on the towering Dundun Mountain where the beacon tower is located and looking into the distance, you can see a beautiful scenery with lush green trees.

Yadan Geomorphic Region (Devil City)(visit time : 2 hours). "Yardang" in Uyghur originally means a mound with steep walls. It is a kind of aeolian landform in arid areas and is commonly known as the "Devil City". As a whole, it resembles a medieval castle. It is the result of natural geological changes, with the wind carving and the sand cutting, and is a masterpiece of nature's uncanny craftsmanship. The entire Yardang landform group varies in height, is well-arranged in a scattered way, and has an orderly layout.

After returning to Dunhuang in the evening, you can visit the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market on your own, or watch the immersive interactive performances of "See Dunhuang Again", "Dynamic Dunhuang", or "The Splendor of Dunhuang" at your own expense.

Day 3

Dunhuang - Mogao Grottoes - Crescent Lake

Transport:
Breakfast:At hotel
Lunch:Not included
Dinner:Not included
Accommodation: Local 5-star hote
Itinerary:

After breakfast, take a bus to visit the [Mogao Grottoes] (25 kms one way, 35 mins by car, 3.5 hours for the visit)  First built during the Former Qin period of the Sixteen Kingdoms, the Mogao Grottoes is the top of the four major grottoes in China. It is a veritable treasure house of cultural relics. The cave architecture, colored sculptures, and paintings here are not only the inheritance of ancient art but also reflect the integration with foreign art, and they are an important manifestation of our national art. Follow the docent to admire the grotto murals and listen to the stories of the donors.

In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of the national 5A-level scenic spot - [Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake] (visit time : 2.5 hours). Since ancient times, fire and water have been incompatible, and deserts and clear springs could not coexist. However, Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake have coexisted in the same place for thousands of years. The sand does not fill the spring, and the spring does not dry up, forming a desert wonder where the mountain spring and the sand coexist and the sand and water coexist. Here, you can experience climbing Mingsha Mountain and visit Crescent Lake, the No.1 spring in the desert under heaven.

After the visit, check into the hotel and take a rest.

Day 4

Dunhuang- Jiayuguan Ancient City Tower - Son of the Earth - Boundless - The First Pier of the Great Wall - Suspended Great Wall - Jiayuguan

Transport:
Breakfast:At hotel
Lunch:Not included
Dinner:Not included
Accommodation: Local 5-star hotel
Itinerary:

After breakfast, take bus to Jiayuguan. The one-way distance is 385 kilometers and the driving time is 5 hours. On the way, visit the new landmarks of the Silk Road - "Boundless", the majestic and imposing "The Demeanor of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty", and "The Son of the Earth" which is like an ark in the Gobi Desert. "The Son of the Earth" was created by a professor from the Sculpture Department of the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University. It implies that human beings, like the sculpture, are the children of Mother Earth. She has nurtured us, and humans have also grown up in the embrace of the earth. Through the artistic form of sculpture, it aims to awaken the public's awareness of environmental protection for the earth. Along the way, enjoy the scenery of the oasis, the Gobi Desert, and visit the Jiayuguan Ancient City Tower (visit time : 2 hours) , which was built in the fifth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty and is the western end of the Great Wall. It is the most magnificent ancient military castle with the best preservation among those built along the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty. Then continue to visit - [The Suspended Great Wall] (visit time : 1 hour) . It is located 8 kilometers north of the city of Jiayuguan Pass, on the northern slope of the Black Mountain on the north side of the Shiguan Gorge. It is part of the military defense system of Jiayuguan Pass. It was first built in the 18th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1539). Some of the rammed loess walls incline on the mountain ridge, just like the Great Wall hanging upside down, falling steeply from the mountain and blocking the Shiguan Gorge, so it is named "The Hanging Great Wall". After that, visit a pier at the western end of the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty - [The First Pier of the Great Wall] (visit time : 1 hour) . It was first built in the 11th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1533). The terrain of the First Pier Under Heaven is extremely perilous. Behind the pier is the cliff of the Taolai River Bank which is more than 50 meters high. The sound of the water at the bottom of the cliff is thunderous, and the loess on the cliff bank is loose, presenting a very spectacular scene. After the visit, check into the hotel and take a rest.

Note: Due to the long journey on this day, there will be a stop for using the restroom in Guazhou. There are many vendors selling fruits, melons and local specialties around. Any sales activities in this place have nothing to do with our company.

Day 5

Jiayuguan - Zhangye Danxia National Geopark - Dafo Temple

Transport:
Breakfast:At hotel
Lunch:Not included
Dinner:Not included
Accommodation: Local 5-star hotel
Itinerary:

After breakfast, take the bus to Zhangye. Upon arrival, visit the [Zhangye Danxia National Geopark] (visit time : 2 hours). It not only has the wonders and perils of ordinary Danxia landforms but also its unique beauty lies in its colors. Within an area of more than 10 square kilometers, various bright colors such as red, yellow, orange, green, white, blue-gray, gray-black, and off-white can be seen everywhere, embellishing countless mountains with a riot of colors. It is the only area in China where the Danxia landform and colorful hilly landscape are highly integrated. It was included in the World Heritage List In 2010 and rated as one of the "10 Most Magical Geological Wonders in the World" by the US National Geographic Magazine in 2011.

Then go to [Zhangye Dafo Temple]( visit time : approx.1 hour), a temple built by imperial edict in successive dynasties and is a national AAAA-level tourist scenic area. . As a statue of Sakyamuni in the nirvana pose is enshrined in the temple, it is also known as the "Reclining Buddha Temple". It was first built in the first year of Yong'an of Chongzong in the Western Xia Dynasty (1098), with a total area of more than 30,000 square meters. The Zhangye Dafo Temple Scenic Area is an important group of places of interest and historical sites on the Silk Road, and also a landmark building in Zhangye, a famous historical and cultural city. Here, the largest Buddhist hall of the Western Xia Dynasty in the country - the Great Buddha Hall, the largest reclining Buddha made of wood and clay inside the room, and the most complete first-printed edition of the  Yongle Northern Canonare preserved. Mother River Statue

This statue was created by He E, a renowned sculptor from Gansu. The sculpture consists of the figures of a "mother" and a "baby", symbolizing the Yellow River as the nurturing mother of the Chinese nation—eternally resilient—and the happy, thriving Chinese descendants.

Zhongshan Iron Bridge

Located in the middle section of the scenic belt, this bridge is one of Lanzhou's iconic landmarks and is known as the "First Bridge over the Yellow River in China". Built in the late Qing Dynasty, it was the first genuine bridge on the Yellow River, featuring a unique architectural style with high ornamental and historical value.

Waterwheel Expo Park

Travel Instructions

① All participants in the tour group must assemble and depart on time. Please arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes in advance. Our company's tour bus will not wait for latecomers. If you fail to join the group at the agreed time and location, or are unable to catch up en route, it will be considered as an automatic waiver of the trip, and no refunds will be given.

② The pick-up and drop-off times indicated in the tour notification are estimated. The specific locations for boarding and alighting will be confirmed by our company. (In case of traffic conditions or other special circumstances that prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up location on time or if there is a temporary change in schedule, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)

③ There are three types of buses: large buses, minibuses, and 9-seater vans. Generally, large buses have dedicated luggage compartments for storing baggage, while minibuses and 9-seater vans have relatively smaller spaces for luggage storage. Given the limited space in the bus compartments, we recommend that you travel with as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange the appropriate vehicle based on the final group size to ensure that each person has a seat.

④ To avoid excessive congestion at tourist attractions, in most cities, the parking spots for tour buses are located farther away from the attractions. Drivers are not allowed to park indiscriminately, as violations will result in hefty fines. Therefore, the boarding and alighting locations may be a certain distance from the attractions. We ask for the understanding of all group members.

Safety Tips for Traveling by Tour Bus:

① Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.

② Do not carry any prohibited items.

③ Do not tamper with any objects on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.

④ During temporary stops, please follow the arrangements of the tour guide and do not wander off.

⑤ When getting off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure to close the bus windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

⑥ Given the long travel time and heavy load on the vehicle, if the bus breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial measures. Please cooperate fully.

Important Notes and Safety Risk Warnings

I. Important Notes for Tour Registration

1. Passport Validity: Before joining an overseas tour, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. If your travel is disrupted due to expired or invalid documents (e.g., visa denials, entry/exit rejections), all resulting losses will be borne solely by yourself.

2. Visa & Entry Requirements: Visa issuance and entry approval are subject to the administrative or sovereign authority of relevant institutions. You must provide truthful information, and the travel agency will assist with procedures. However, delays or denials due to your failure to submit required materials, incomplete documentation, or personal circumstances will be your responsibility.

3. Visa Documentation Updates: Visa requirements for Europe, America, Asia, etc., are frequently updated by embassies/consulates. The travel agency will notify you to supplement materials promptly. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete, late, or flawed submissions will result in losses borne by you.

4. Border Control Compliance: Even with a valid visa, entry/exit approval depends on immigration authorities. If denied entry/exit due to personal reasons (e.g., incomplete documentation), all losses are your responsibility.

II. Health & Activity Risk Warnings

1. Health Disclosure: Disclose your health status and medical history during registration. The agency may recommend suitable tours and advise medical checkups. If you insist on joining despite health risks, the agency assumes you have consulted a doctor and are fit to travel.

Seniors aged 65+ and minors require family/parental accompaniment.

The agency may require specific travel insurance and reserves the right to deny registration if accompaniment is lacking.

2. Emergency Assistance: In emergencies (e.g., safety threats, medical crises), the agency, local authorities, or embassies may assist, but costs (e.g., medical fees, evacuation) are your responsibility. Contact your tour leader, agency, or local institutions immediately.

3. Medical Emergencies: The agency will arrange urgent medical care but cannot guarantee access to specific hospitals. Treatment costs are your responsibility.

4. Care Limitations: Tour leaders cannot abandon the group to provide prolonged medical support. If full-time care is needed, the agency can assist in arranging visits by family (at your expense). Provide emergency contacts in advance.

5. Family Visits: If family must travel to assist you abroad, the agency will help coordinate but cannot guarantee discounted travel rates. All costs (flights, hotels) are your responsibility.

6. The travel agency particularly reminds tourists with the following conditions: those with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illnesses, asthma, cervical spondylosis, and other recurring diseases not mentioned above. This also includes healthy individuals aged 55 and above, as well as pregnant women. Please avoid participating in the following activities: Diving, mountaineering, rafting, skiing, horseback riding, skydiving, hot air ballooning, helicopter rides, desert safaris, zip-lining, amusement park rides, or close wildlife encounters.

We usually do not include activities that are dangerous or highly stimulating in the itinerary. If you find that any item may cause harm to your body, please be sure to inform the team leader or tour guide in advance. We will make appropriate arrangements.

III. Personal Property & Shopping Guidelines

1. Safeguard Belongings: Keep valuables secure. Do not leave items unattended in luggage, buses, or hotel rooms. The agency will assist in reporting thefts but cannot recover losses or compensate for damages.

2. Tax Refunds: Retain tax refund forms. Guides may assist with documentation, but refund approval depends on local policies. The agency cannot guarantee successful refunds.

3. Transaction Fees: Bank charges for card payments are non-refundable. Returned purchases may incur additional fees at your expense.

IV. Important Notice Regarding Luggage for Cross-Border Travel Products

Given that cross-border travel involves multiple flight segments, and given the possibility of luggage loss during air transit-which can be difficult to recover once it occurs-we hereby provide the following important guidelines to protect your interests and ensure a smoother journey:

1.Carry-On Recommendations:
It is strongly advised that you keep valuable items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, important documents, etc.) and special medications in your carry-on luggage. Do not check them in.
If you require daily liquid medication for medical reasons, please obtain a medical certificate from a hospital in advance to facilitate security checks.

2.Luggage Loss Handling:
In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, our agency will actively assist you in reporting the loss and liaising with the carrier airline to locate your belongings. If your flight ticket was booked through us, we will also assist you in filing a claim with the airline. Please note, however, that according to relevant regulations and agreements, our role is limited to assistance, and we do not assume compensation liability for lost luggage.

3.Additional Insurance Advice:
If you have concerns about the coverage limit of the basic travel insurance, you may consider purchasing supplemental high-coverage travel insurance at your own discretion to protect against potential risks.

Room Sharing Regulations

I. Room Sharing Policy for Individual Travelers
When signing up individually, a single room supplement is generally required. If you wish to share a room with another guest on the same tour, please clearly indicate your request for room sharing during registration. We will make every effort to arrange accordingly.

Please note that as we operate group tours with independent travelers, we cannot guarantee in advance the sleeping habits of your potential roommate (e.g., snoring, teeth grinding, talking in sleep, sleeping with lights on, drinking alcohol in the room, etc.). If any of these issues may affect your rest and consequently your overall travel experience, we strongly recommend that individual travelers who are sensitive to such conditions or have special sleep habits themselves pay the single room supplement for a private room.

If you agree to room sharing but later require a single room during the trip, you must negotiate directly with the hotel overseas and pay the full cost of the room in cash or by card. Please note that this requires payment for the entire room, not just half of the room rate. Thank you for your understanding.

II. Single Room Supplement Rules
For guests requesting room sharing during registration, we will strictly follow the order of submission of documents or payment of deposits - applying a“first-come,

first-served”principle to match roommates and ensure fairness. If, after the registration

deadline, a “natural single room” situation occurs (i.e., no same-gender roommate is available) not due to your own will, the following policy applies:

1. Assume Single Room Supplement: The last guest in the room-sharing queue (based on document submission or deposit payment time) will be required to pay the single room supplement.

2. Tour Date or Itinerary Adjustments
If you choose to postpone your trip to the next available tour date, the price will remain the same as originally booked. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefit of “priority roommate matching” for the new tour-we will prioritize matching you with a suitable roommate.

Alternatively, if you prefer to switch to another suitable itinerary, you will also be eligible for “priority roommate matching”, and we will assist you in arranging a shared accommodation partner.
