Today you will go to the airport to check in for your flight to Chengdu, China. Due to the time difference, it is recommended to confirm the local time and depart 1day in advance, the exact time is subject to the arrival time. You will be spending the night on the plane, which may be cold, so it is recommended that you bring warm clothing. We wish you a good night's rest.
Upon arrival in Chengdu, your guide will be waiting at the airport to greet you, after which you will check into your hotel for rest.
If time permits, we recommend free exploration: visit the Kuanzhai Alleys or Jinli Street, or Taikoo Li.
Kuanzhai Alleys
In the interplay of "wide" and "narrow," lies Chengdu's slow-paced life. In Wide Alley, steam rises from bowls of tea in traditional teahouses, where longtime patrons lounge in bamboo chairs, swaying palm-leaf fans to the rhythm of Sichuan Opera face-changing and percussion drifting from the lane's end. Narrow Alley is scented with latte from cozy cafes, where artistic shop windows reflect against blue-brick and grey-tile walls - a fascinating collision of old and new. From hotpot restaurants at the alley's entrance wafts the aroma of spicy beef tallow, bubbling with Chengdu's signature heat and inclusivity. Here, slow living is the only rhythm, a poetic embodiment of how locals savor life.
Jinli Street
Step into a millennium of Chengdu's history. As red lanterns gradually light up at dusk, the echoes of footsteps on bluestone paths merge with whispers from the Three Kingdoms era. Wandering through the streets, the sweet scent of "tang you guo" (sugar-oil pastries) catches your attention, while sugar painters craft vivid dragons and phoenixes nearby. The age-old Zhuge Well hides secrets of the Three Kingdoms, and pavilions with upturned eaves shimmer on the water's surface. In cultural shops, Shu embroidery bookmarks capture the gentle ripples of the Jinjiang River in every delicate stitch.
Taikoo Li
Where modernity and history coexist. Glass curtain walls reflect the blue skies and white clouds, while blue-brick and grey-tile structures preserve the texture of old Chengdu. Strolling through its crisscrossing lanes, you might capture the perfect light outside a trendy café one moment, and the next, encounter the red walls and bamboo shadows of the centuries-old Daci Temple. Luxury boutiques face traditional tea houses across the street, where streetwear-clad youth pass by elders in cloth shoes. Handmade accessories sparkle at open-air markets, while the melodies of street musicians blend with the sweet aroma from milk tea shops - perfectly merging everyday charm with urban sophistication.
Itinerary: Chengdu - Zheduo Mountain (stop at the viewing platform for approx. 30 mins) - Yuzixi / Gedilam (visit for approx. 1.5 hours) - Xinduqiao
After breakfast at the hotel, depart and travel along the Yakang Expressway to Luding. Cross over Zheduo Mountain. The pass of Zheduo Mountain has a viewing platform where you can get off to take photos, but the stay should not be too long to prevent altitude sickness. If you need to stop for sightseeing, just inform the driver in advance. In the afternoon, proceed to Yuzixi/Gedilam. The best viewing time here is during the sunset in the evening. Upon arrival, you can first find a good shooting position and wait for the magnificent moment when the sunset dyes the Gongga mountain range golden, admiring the spectacular sight of the sunlit golden mountains. In the evening, head to Xinduqiao for accommodation.
Zheduo Mountain
A pass at an altitude of 4298 meters, the first natural barrier on the Sichuan-Tibet route, where the strongest winds meet the purest light. The distant snow peaks glitter in the sunlight. Standing on the viewing platform, you can see the sea of clouds flooding the valleys and watch the sunlight dye the clouds golden-red.
Yuzixi
A piece of sapphire left behind on the Western Sichuan plateau. From the viewing platform at 4100 meters above sea level, gaze up at the starry sky and the snow-capped mountains. During the day, the clouds flow, drifting over the peaks of the Gongga Snow Mountain, making the snow peaks appear like jade floating in the sky. At dusk, the sunset tints the sky orange, first dyeing the snowy summit of Gongga golden-red, before it slowly sinks into the twilight.
【Tips】Friendly Reminders:
1. Zheduo Mountain is at high altitude. Avoid strenuous activity to prevent altitude sickness. If mild symptoms of altitude sickness occur, such as headache or shortness of breath, rest appropriately and drink plenty of water to alleviate them.
2. It is very windy at Yuzixi / Gedilam, so be sure to keep warm. Photography enthusiasts can bring a tripod for easier shooting of the sunset.
3. The road conditions to Yuzixi / Gedilam are limited. A transfer vehicle (or the original driver's vehicle) needs to be arranged. The vehicle and cleaning fees are already included.
4. If Yuzixi is inaccessible due to traffic jams or weather conditions, it will be replaced by Gedilam. The transfer vehicle fee (or the original driver's vehicle fee) is already included. If Gedilam is also inaccessible, then similar type viewing points such as Zhazhen or Xinduqiao Viewing Platform will be arranged. If transfer vehicle fees are incurred, they are included.
5. Under normal conditions without traffic jams, arrival at Xinduqiao is around 20:30-21:00. Please note that arrival might be later in case of holidays, traffic control, or other special circumstances.
Itinerary: Xinduqiao - The 18 Bends of Heaven Road (approx. 10+ mins visit) - Litang Ancient Town · Tracing the Footsteps of the Living Buddha (approx. 1-1.5 hours visit) - (Distant View) Ironsmith Mountain- Wild Hot Spring (foot soak approx. 30 mins) - (Distant View) Genie Three Holy Mountains - The Eye of Genie (approx. 1 hour visit) - Ranrikar Village
After breakfast at the hotel, depart from Xinduqiao and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Western Sichuan Plateau along the way, passing through Tagong Grassland with a distant view of Yala Snow Mountain. Continue to the famous The 18 Bends of Heaven Road, experiencing the winding mountain highway. Stop at the viewing platform of the Eighteen Zigzags to photograph the spectacular panoramic view of the road. Then proceed to Litang. Litang Ancient Town is one of the important birthplaces of Tibetan Buddhist culture and the hometown of the Sixth Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso. Here, we can feel the solemnity and mystery of Tibetan Buddhism and trace the footsteps of the Living Buddha. After lunch, admire the beautiful views of the plateau meadows, snow-capped mountains, and lakes along the way. Arrive at the foot of the Genie Holy Mountain for a distant view of the Genie Three Holy Mountains, experiencing their grandeur and sanctity. Afterwards, head to the Wild Hot Spring near Genie Holy Mountain to experience the unique charm of a plateau hot spring. The surroundings are picturesque, and while soaking your feet, you can enjoy the views of snow-capped mountains and grasslands. In the evening, proceed to Ranrikar Village or a homestay in Genie Town to conclude the day's journey.
The 18 Bends of Heaven Road
Located on Jianziwan Mountain, meaning "Mountain Pass of the Lamb," the pass elevation is approximately 4,659 meters, making it the highest pass on National Highway 318 traversing the Kham region. A viewing platform has been built at the pass for tourists to rest and enjoy the scenery. Overlooking the Eighteen Zigzags reveals a stunningcurved beauty; the winding mountain road meanders through the mountains like a giant dragon, creating a sense of having countless peaks and valleys within sight.
Litang Ancient Town
At an altitude of 4,014 meters, it is known as the "World's Highest County Town" and a essential stop on National Highway 318. It is also the "land beloved by cranes" from the poems of Tsangyang Gyatso. The ancient town is rich in historical and cultural atmosphere, showcasing Tibetan culture everywhere. The thousand-household Tibetan settlement group within the town is particularly spectacular. Strolling slowly through the town, you can not only experience unique Tibetan culture and visit popular attractions but also engage with rich intangible cultural heritage.
Ironsmith Mountain
Located in Litang County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with an average elevation of 4,770 meters, it is the gateway to the Genie Holy Mountain from the G318 highway. Its Tibetan name, "Garang Bensong," means "Three Blacksmith Brothers," consisting of three independent yet closely situated peaks standing side by side. It lies across the heart of the Haizi Mountain area within the Shaluli Mountains and is a major component of the Haizi Mountain Ancient Ice Cap, the world's largest ancient glacial relic. The mountain appears as grey-black pyramidal forms, with the three peaks arranged in a striking, imposing manner. Loose glacial erratics and granite rock masses dotting the slopes are like stars fallen between the mountains, holding hidden brilliance, bearing witness to history and narrating hundreds of millions of years of geological change.
Genie Three Holy Mountains
Genie Main Peak, at 6,204 meters, is the monarch of the Hengduan Mountains. Its ridge is as sharp as a blade, perpetually snow-covered, while its foothills are a secret realm of primal forests, meadows, and intertwined streams. In Tibetan legend, Genie is the "Sword of King Gesar," the dwelling place of deities. Local mountain people still preserve the ancient tradition of the kora (circumambulation), believing that circling the holy mountain once can cleanse the sins of a lifetime. Xiaozha Holy Mountain, when its reflection falls on the lake surface, turns the entire mountain into a mirror of the sky. Kemailong Holy Mountain, at 5,780 meters, located south of Genie Mountain, means "Mirror of Wisdom" in Tibetan, symbolizing boundless wisdom, forming a spectacular scene of three peaks standing in a tripod formation. The Genie Three Holy Mountains hold an extremely high status in Tibetan Buddhism, being one of the eight principal sacred sites of Chakrasamvara and the 13th goddess peak among the 24 holy mountains of Tibetan Buddhism. Many eminent monks regard this place as a sacred land for pure practice.
Wild Hot Spring
Tucked away in a mountain hollow is a pool of wild hot spring. When the spring water emerges from rock crevices, it still carries the earth's warmth, softening the surrounding stones. Stepping barefoot into the pool, the water temperature perfectly reaches past the knees. The fine sand at the bottom gently tickles the feet with the ripples, like the swish of fish tails. It turns out the most comfortable embrace is given by the earth—earthy-scented yet scalding just right.
The Eye of Genie
During the water-abundant summer, it is the best time to view the Eye of Genie. The Eye is a natural circular small lake. From a God's-eye view, set against the surrounding yellow earth and meadows, the small lake strikingly resembles a "large eye leading to heaven," thus astonishingly called "a tear trickling on the earth's surface." Simultaneously, this is also an excellent vantage point for viewing the seven peaks and eight valleys of the Genie scenic area.
Ranrikar Village
A Tibetan village surrounded by snow-capped mountains. At dusk, as cattle and sheep return to their pens, cooking smoke dances together with prayer flags—this is the most authentic face of Western Sichuan. Here, one involuntarily sheds the hustle and bustle of the city, wholeheartedly immersing in this grassland, feeling the strong Kham customs.
(Tips) Friendly Reminders:
1. The climate on the plateau is changeable, pay attention to keeping warm and carry sun protection.
2.Respect local Tibetan culture and religious beliefs, avoiding inappropriate behavior.
Itinerary: Ranrikar Village - New Lenggu Monastery (approx. 30 mins visit) - Hupi Dam - Zeba Village - Genie South Line Crossing: Lanfangzi Flower Sea (approx. 10+ mins visit) - Hangda Camp (approx. 30 mins visit) - (Drive-by) Reti River Valley - Gemu Village (approx. 30 mins visit) - (Distant View) Twin Peaks - Batang
After breakfast, depart from Ranrikar Village and step into New Lenggu Monastery, where red walls and golden roofs glisten in the sunlight, and the intertwining sounds of sutra chanting and incense bring spiritual tranquility. Outside the temple lies Hupi Dam, an open area surrounded by towering mountains, with meadows spreading out like a green carpet. Then continue towards Zeba Village. At Zeba Village, the Genie Main Peak stands majestic and spectacular; even in summer, the massive glaciers are clearly visible. During sunrise and sunset, the phenomenon of the "sunlight bathing the golden mountain" is intoxicating, as golden-yellow sunlight on the snow-capped peaks, like draping them in a golden veil, beautifully magnificent. Afterwards, pass through Lanfangzi Flower Sea, the 4900-meter pass, enjoy a distant view of the Twin Peaks, and Gemu Village, admiring Tibetan villages along the way. Take a drive-by view of the Reti River Valley, grasslands, and snow-capped mountains, experiencing the ultimate scenery of Western Sichuan. Then proceed to check in at the hotel in Batang.
New Lenggu Monastery
At the foot of the Genie Holy Mountain, encounter the sanctity and serenity of Xinlenggu Temple. Backed by the perpetually snow-capped Genie Main Peak, the temple blends with the snowy mountains, sacred and solemn. The temple has a long history, and its architectural style is distinctly characteristic of Tibetan Buddhism. Between the carved beams and painted rafters, every detail is imbued with the craftsmen's dedication and profound religious cultural significance.
Hupi Dam
Known in Tibetan as "Dabotong," it sits at an altitude of approximately 4,200 meters. The winding streams resemble the patterns on a tiger's back, and the yellowish-brown meadows look like a tiger's skin, hence the name Hupi Dam. The terrain here is flat and wide, making it an ideal campsite for hiking. In the early morning, ethereal white mist surrounds the campsite, and in the distance, one can see the faint blue smoke from sang offerings at Xinlenggu Temple, creating a fairy-tale like atmosphere.
Zeba Village
This is a essential stop on the Genie South Line and a dreamy paradise for countless travelers. In the distance, the Genie Holy Mountain remains snow-capped year-round, while vast grasslands lie at your feet. As a Tibetan settlement, it preserves traditional Tibetan architectural styles intact. Stone-and-wood Tibetan houses are scattered orderly across the grassland, with thick walls and exquisite doors and windows carved with fine Tibetan patterns, full of rich ethnic charm.
Special Arrangement: Soup Pot Meal at Zeba Village Campsite (arranged for groups of 4 or more)
Indulge in a dual feast for the taste buds and the soul. The camp prepares a steaming soup pot for you. The ingredients for the soup pot here are sourced from local fresh beef, tender in texture, carrying the fresh aroma of the highland pastures within its grain. When the lid is lifted, a rich and mellow fragrance assails your nostrils, instantly tantalizing your appetite. Picking up a piece of meat and placing it in your mouth, it is soft and juicy—every bite is a gift from nature.
Lanfangzi Flower Sea
Weathered stone walls are full with vines of Gesang flowers, and prayer flags at the edge of the sea of flowers face the distant snow peaks. The flowers here are not as bustling as those elsewhere; they carry the crisp freshness unique to the grasslands. Yellow ones resemble melted sunlight, purple ones like crushed starry skies, spreading across the gentle slopes towards the distant glaciers, like dyeing the chill of the snow mountains into a soft appearance.
Hangda Camp
This is a dreamland woven together by snow-capped mountains, grasslands, and starry skies. When the first light of dawn on the glaciers on the southern slope of Genie, the camp awakens from its slumber. The spectacular scene of the "sunlight bathing the golden mountain" unfolds before your eyes, as the continuous snow-capped mountains are tinged with golden-red, sacred and majestic. In summer, the camp is embraced by a sea of flowers, with colorful wild flowers blooming profusely. When the breeze passes, waves of flowers ripple layer by layer. The distant snow-capped mountains and the nearby sea of flowers complement each other beautifully. As night falls, the brilliant starry sky replaces the azure of the day. The Milky Way stretches across the sky like a bright ribbon, with countless stars twinkling, making one feel as if they could reach out and touch the vastness of the universe.
Reti River Valley
The Reti River Valley is a vast grassland pasture, featuring pristine snow-capped mountains, golden grasslands, simple and enthusiastic herdsmen, and freely roaming cattle and sheep. In summer, the valley is carpeted with flowers, dotted with tents, and filled with herds of cattle and horses - a picture of leisurely, unhurried, and unconstrained life. This is the best observation point for the western slope of Genie.
Gemu Village
Gemu Village is one of the few purely pastoral villages, possessing Alpine-style peaks and meadows. Here, there are no concrete jungles, far from the city's hustle and bustle; it is purely blue skies, clear waters, green grass, and wildflowers... In recent years, it has gained significant attention for its "stunning tent campsite" scenery.
Twin Peaks
Standing beside the last pass of the Genie South Line, Chongben Haluo and Chongben Haga are two brother-like peaks guarding travelers from afar.
Batang
A sacred and auspicious land that nurtures diverse ethnic cultures. When the Xianzi dance begins and Tibetan opera starts, characteristic delicacies fragrance the air. With numerous temples and mysterious religious culture, it is like a bright pearl on the Khamba land.
(Tips) Friendly Reminders:
1. The climate on the plateau is changeable; pay attention to keeping warm and carry sun protection.
2. Road conditions on some sections are poor. If prone to motion sickness, it is advised to prepare motion sickness patches or medication in advance.
3.The plateau ecosystem is fragile; please do not litter indiscriminately and help protect the natural environment.
Itinerary: Batang - Cuopu Valley (Ticket Included, approx. 2-3 hours visit) - (Drive-by) Haizi Mountain - Sisters' Lakes (approx. 10+ mins visit) - Maoya Grassland (approx. 10+ mins visit) - (Drive-by) Litang, the City of the Sky - Xinduqiao
After breakfast, depart for Cuopu Valley, a hidden gem on the Sichuan-Tibet route, with the most beautiful spots being the Cuopu Temple and Cuopu Lake inside the valley. Pass by Haizi Mountain and visit the popular Sisters' Lakes. Haizi Mountain has an average elevation of 4,500 meters, with its highest peak, Guoyin Rize, reaching 5,020 meters. It boasts 1,145 lakes of various sizes, a density and scale unique in China, hence the name Haizi Mountain. From Sisters' Lakes, proceed to Maoya Grassland, one of the most beautiful grasslands in Western Sichuan. In summer, it's covered with wild flowers and dotted with herds of cattle and sheep. Make a brief stop on the grassland to photograph the scenery and experience the vastness and freedom of the plateau. Afterwards, take the vehicle to check in at the hotel in Xinduqiao.
Cuopu Valley
Located in the heart of the Hengduan Mountains, within the Cuola District north of Batang County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, on the border between Litang and Batang counties. The scenery here primarily consists of snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests, rivers, canyons, waterfalls, hot springs, grasslands, wildlife, and cultural landscapes like monasteries. Cuopu Lake within the valley is known as the "Number One Holy Lake of Kham."
Haizi Mountain
Situated in the north of Daocheng, covering a total area of 3,287 square kilometers, it is dotted with rugged rocks and numerous large and small lakes. On the mountain, which averages 4,500 meters in altitude, 1,145 lakes sparkle like over a thousand diamonds scattered by God's careless hand, their density and scale being the greatest in China. As Tibetans call high mountain lakes 'Haizi', it is named Haizi Mountain.
Sisters' Lakes
On the Haizi Mountain plateau, there are two serene, deep blue-green alpine lakes. One is called "Zhimayongcuo," legend says it was reserved for the bathing of Zhima, a consort of King Gesar, the other is called "Kangzhulacuo," said to be formed from the tears of a stone maiden of the sacred mountain. The Tibetan word for lake is "Cuo," meaning "Haizi". These two connected lakes are thus named Sisters' Lakes, also known as Glasses Lakes or Mandarin Duck Lakes. The entire plateau lake area floats in the mist, like a mirrored world suspended in the clouds, making one feel as if they are in a fairyland.
Maoya Grassland
Voted by Chinese National Geography as one of "China's Six Most Beautiful Grasslands," the vast Maoya Grassland, nestled among surrounding mountains, is lush and flat like a bronze mirror. Under the sunny summer sky, green grass stretches to the horizon, dotted with colorful wild flowers, tents, and yurts. Herds of cattle and sheep leisurely wander and graze on the verdant grass. In the early morning, the smoke from herdsmen's chimneys rises straight up, mingling with the light mist over the grassland, creating a dreamlike illusion.
Litang, the City of the Sky
This shining pearl set in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province stands proudly in the clouds at an altitude of 4,014.187 meters, renowned as the "City of the Sky". The county's average elevation is 4,300 meters, with its highest point, Genie Mountain, piercing the sky (6,204 meters), and its lowest point, the Yalong River Valley, winding deeply (2,680 meters). This vertical topography sketches the unique texture of the Earth's Third Pole.
(Tips) Friendly Reminders:
1. There are relatively few sightseeing buses in the Cuopu Valley scenic area, and waiting for buses on-site is sometimes unavoidable. Please be patient.
2. Under normal traffic conditions without delays, arrival in Xinduqiao is around 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM. During holidays or special circumstances like traffic control, it might be later. Please be advised!
Itinerary: Xinduqiao - Quanhuatan (visit 0.5-1 hour) - Lenggacuo (2-3 hours hike up, 1 hour down) - (Distant View) Gongga Snow Mountain - Yulongxi
After breakfast, head to Quanhuatan - a stunning "color palette" hidden beneath the plateau snow mountains, formed by calcified pools. In the afternoon, proceed to Lenggacuo. Please prepare packed meals in advance. Hike for 2-3 hours from the starting point to reach Lenggacuo, where you can freely take photos and admire the golden sunset glow on Gongga Snow Mountain. The descent will begin around 18:00 (or after the golden sunset if the weather is clear; in winter, heavy snow may adjust the descent time accordingly). The downhill hike takes about 1 hour. Stay overnight at a guesthouse in Yulongxi Village or Gongga Mountain Township.
Quanhuatan
A series of calcified pools formed by chemical deposits from spring water rich in minerals, stretching over 900 meters in length and more than 100 meters in width. Cascading down the mountain, it forms eight terraced pools. Each terrace contains over a dozen colorful pools of varying sizes and shapes, with water depths of 40-70 cm. The pools are adorned with aquatic plants and scattered mineral "flowers."
Lenggacuo
Known as the "Eye of Gongga," this high-altitude lake at 4,500 meters is the best spot to capture the reflection of Gongga Mountain. The approximately 2-3 hour hike leads to one of the finest lake viewpoints for admiring the main peak of Gongga Snow Mountain. The most breathtaking moments here are during sunrise and sunset, when the golden light illuminates the "King of Sichuan Mountains," creating an incredibly majestic scene.
Gongga Snow Mountain
The highest peak in Sichuan Province, standing at 7,508.9 meters above sea level, located in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. It is the highest peak of the Daxue Mountain range in the Hengduan Mountains and features five large glaciers, covering a total area of 409,143.5 hectares. Revered as the "Peak of Sichuan" and the "Soul of Kham," it is surrounded by towering peaks and attracts countless devout travelers eager to witness its grandeur.
【Tips】Friendly Reminders:
1.Lenggacuo is at an altitude of about 4,500 meters. Be sure to bring a thick coat, hat, scarf, and sunglasses, as it is windy and cold on the mountain to prevent colds or altitude sickness.
2.If hiking to Lenggacuo is not feasible, you may opt for horseback riding (approximately 40-50 minutes uphill). You can choose to hike back downhill (about 3.7 km). Horseback riding fees are at your own expense. Please note that this activity involves certain risks and is not a recommended paid activity by our agency.
3.If the tour guide needs to accompany the group uphill and all members choose horseback riding, the guide's horse rental fee will be shared equally among all participants.

3.1 Voluntary Selection: Passengers may voluntarily choose whether to purchase the Preferred Seat service at the time of registration based on their needs.
3.2 First-Come, First-Served: Preferred Seats are limited in quantity. Typically, for vehicles with 15 seats or more, the first three rows are designated as the paid section. Seats will be confirmed in the order of payment completion and are subject to availability.
3.3 Priority for Travel Companions: For travel companions (under the same booking) who wish to book Preferred Seats together, we will make every effort to assign adjacent seats.
4. Important Notes
4.1 The Preferred Seat fee does not include any additional services and solely grants priority in seat selection.
4.2 If vehicle changes are required due to weather, road conditions, or operational reasons, we will strive to provide seating of equivalent value or refund the fee for the affected days.
4.3 Passengers who do not purchase this service will be assigned other seats free of charge on a rotating basis, and we will endeavor to ensure companions are seated together.
Refund Policy
・Cancellation 7 days or more before the trip: Full refund of the Preferred Seat fee.
・Cancellation 3-7 days before the trip: 50% refund of the fee.
・Cancellation within 3 days of the trip: No refund will be provided.
Itinerary Notes
Special Notes:
1. The sequence of the itinerary, attractions, flights, and accommodation locations may be subject to temporary changes, modifications, or substitutions. The final itinerary will be confirmed by our company before departure.
2. Our company reserves the right to modify the itinerary and add additional charges due to factors such as airlines, visa issues, government regulations, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
3.The flight numbers and times listed in the itinerary are for reference only and may be reasonably adjusted according to actual conditions.
Travel Instructions
① All participants in the tour group must assemble and depart on time. Please arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes in advance. Our company's tour bus will not wait for latecomers. If you fail to join the group at the agreed time and location, or are unable to catch up en route, it will be considered as an automatic waiver of the trip, and no refunds will be given.
② The pick-up and drop-off times indicated in the tour notification are estimated. The specific locations for boarding and alighting will be confirmed by our company. (In case of traffic conditions or other special circumstances that prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up location on time or if there is a temporary change in schedule, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)
③ There are three types of buses: large buses, minibuses, and 9-seater vans. Generally, large buses have dedicated luggage compartments for storing baggage, while minibuses and 9-seater vans have relatively smaller spaces for luggage storage. Given the limited space in the bus compartments, we recommend that you travel with as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange the appropriate vehicle based on the final group size to ensure that each person has a seat.
④ To avoid excessive congestion at tourist attractions, in most cities, the parking spots for tour buses are located farther away from the attractions. Drivers are not allowed to park indiscriminately, as violations will result in hefty fines. Therefore, the boarding and alighting locations may be a certain distance from the attractions. We ask for the understanding of all group members.
Safety Tips for Traveling by Tour Bus:
① Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.
② Do not carry any prohibited items.
③ Do not tamper with any objects on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.
④ During temporary stops, please follow the arrangements of the tour guide and do not wander off.
⑤ When getting off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure to close the bus windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
⑥ Given the long travel time and heavy load on the vehicle, if the bus breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial measures. Please cooperate fully.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Cancellation Terms:
(1) If canceled more than 60 days before departure (including the 60th day), a full refund will be given.
(2) If canceled between 30 to 59 days before departure (including the 30th day), a 10% service charge will be deducted.
(3) If canceled between 18 to 29 days before departure (including the 18th day), 50% of the total amount due on the booking will be charged.
(4) If canceled within 17 days before departure (including the 17th day), all vehicle and hotel reservations have been fully confirmed, and no refund will be given. However, a friend may be substituted to join the tour.
Notes:
(1) The cancellation policy does not apply to packages that include flights and cruises (subject to the policies of the airlines and cruise companies).
(2) If a participant fails to join the tour on the departure date, it will be considered as an automatic waiver, and no refund will be given.
(3) Any additional hotel bookings or services will be subject to the hotel's refund policy.
(4) If your company or the participant withdraws from the tour or fails to join any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, visa issues, tardiness, illness, accidents, etc.), no refund will be given, and no alternative compensation will be provided.
Force Majeure Situations:
In the event that travel is disrupted due to weather, war, strikes, or other force majeure factors, our company will prioritize the safety of the guests' person and property. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from force majeure, and no refunds will be given for the tour fees already paid.
Additional Payment Information:
(1) If there is a policy change by the airline that affects the ticket price, the difference must be paid according to the regulations. If the ticket is a group fare, it cannot be changed, transferred, or refunded.
(2) If there is a policy change in the destination country that affects the costs of items not included in the itinerary or other related expenses, the difference must be paid according to the regulations.

Of course, you may also choose to purchase insurance from a company you are familiar with.
Important Notes and Safety Risk Warnings
I. Important Notes for Tour Registration
1. Passport Validity: Before joining an overseas tour, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. If your travel is disrupted due to expired or invalid documents (e.g., visa denials, entry/exit rejections), all resulting losses will be borne solely by yourself.
2. Visa & Entry Requirements: Visa issuance and entry approval are subject to the administrative or sovereign authority of relevant institutions. You must provide truthful information, and the travel agency will assist with procedures. However, delays or denials due to your failure to submit required materials, incomplete documentation, or personal circumstances will be your responsibility.
3. Visa Documentation Updates: Visa requirements for Europe, America, Asia, etc., are frequently updated by embassies/consulates. The travel agency will notify you to supplement materials promptly. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete, late, or flawed submissions will result in losses borne by you.
4. Border Control Compliance: Even with a valid visa, entry/exit approval depends on immigration authorities. If denied entry/exit due to personal reasons (e.g., incomplete documentation), all losses are your responsibility.
II. Health & Activity Risk Warnings
1. Health Disclosure: Disclose your health status and medical history during registration. The agency may recommend suitable tours and advise medical checkups. If you insist on joining despite health risks, the agency assumes you have consulted a doctor and are fit to travel.
Seniors aged 65+ and minors require family/parental accompaniment.
The agency may require specific travel insurance and reserves the right to deny registration if accompaniment is lacking.
2. Emergency Assistance: In emergencies (e.g., safety threats, medical crises), the agency, local authorities, or embassies may assist, but costs (e.g., medical fees, evacuation) are your responsibility. Contact your tour leader, agency, or local institutions immediately.
3. Medical Emergencies: The agency will arrange urgent medical care but cannot guarantee access to specific hospitals. Treatment costs are your responsibility.
4. Care Limitations: Tour leaders cannot abandon the group to provide prolonged medical support. If full-time care is needed, the agency can assist in arranging visits by family (at your expense). Provide emergency contacts in advance.
5. Family Visits: If family must travel to assist you abroad, the agency will help coordinate but cannot guarantee discounted travel rates. All costs (flights, hotels) are your responsibility.
6. The travel agency particularly reminds tourists with the following conditions: those with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illnesses, asthma, cervical spondylosis, and other recurring diseases not mentioned above. This also includes healthy individuals aged 55 and above, as well as pregnant women. Please avoid participating in the following activities: Diving, mountaineering, rafting, skiing, horseback riding, skydiving, hot air ballooning, helicopter rides, desert safaris, zip-lining, amusement park rides, or close wildlife encounters.
We usually do not include activities that are dangerous or highly stimulating in the itinerary. If you find that any item may cause harm to your body, please be sure to inform the team leader or tour guide in advance. We will make appropriate arrangements.
III. Personal Property & Shopping Guidelines
1. Safeguard Belongings: Keep valuables secure. Do not leave items unattended in luggage, buses, or hotel rooms. The agency will assist in reporting thefts but cannot recover losses or compensate for damages.
2. Tax Refunds: Retain tax refund forms. Guides may assist with documentation, but refund approval depends on local policies. The agency cannot guarantee successful refunds.
3. Transaction Fees: Bank charges for card payments are non-refundable. Returned purchases may incur additional fees at your expense.
IV. Important Notice Regarding Luggage for Cross-Border Travel Products
Given that cross-border travel involves multiple flight segments, and given the possibility of luggage loss during air transit-which can be difficult to recover once it occurs-we hereby provide the following important guidelines to protect your interests and ensure a smoother journey:
1.Carry-On Recommendations:
It is strongly advised that you keep valuable items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, important documents, etc.) and special medications in your carry-on luggage. Do not check them in.
If you require daily liquid medication for medical reasons, please obtain a medical certificate from a hospital in advance to facilitate security checks.
2.Luggage Loss Handling:
In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, our agency will actively assist you in reporting the loss and liaising with the carrier airline to locate your belongings. If your flight ticket was booked through us, we will also assist you in filing a claim with the airline. Please note, however, that according to relevant regulations and agreements, our role is limited to assistance, and we do not assume compensation liability for lost luggage.
3.Additional Insurance Advice:
If you have concerns about the coverage limit of the basic travel insurance, you may consider purchasing supplemental high-coverage travel insurance at your own discretion to protect against potential risks.
Room Sharing Regulations
I. Room Sharing Policy for Individual Travelers
When signing up individually, a single room supplement is generally required. If you wish to share a room with another guest on the same tour, please clearly indicate your request for room sharing during registration. We will make every effort to arrange accordingly.
Please note that as we operate group tours with independent travelers, we cannot guarantee in advance the sleeping habits of your potential roommate (e.g., snoring, teeth grinding, talking in sleep, sleeping with lights on, drinking alcohol in the room, etc.). If any of these issues may affect your rest and consequently your overall travel experience, we strongly recommend that individual travelers who are sensitive to such conditions or have special sleep habits themselves pay the single room supplement for a private room.
If you agree to room sharing but later require a single room during the trip, you must negotiate directly with the hotel overseas and pay the full cost of the room in cash or by card. Please note that this requires payment for the entire room, not just half of the room rate. Thank you for your understanding.
II. Single Room Supplement Rules
For guests requesting room sharing during registration, we will strictly follow the order of submission of documents or payment of deposits - applying a“first-come,
first-served”principle to match roommates and ensure fairness. If, after the registration
deadline, a “natural single room” situation occurs (i.e., no same-gender roommate is available) not due to your own will, the following policy applies:
1. Assume Single Room Supplement: The last guest in the room-sharing queue (based on document submission or deposit payment time) will be required to pay the single room supplement.
2. Tour Date or Itinerary Adjustments
If you choose to postpone your trip to the next available tour date, the price will remain the same as originally booked. Additionally, you will enjoy the benefit of “priority roommate matching” for the new tour-we will prioritize matching you with a suitable roommate.
Alternatively, if you prefer to switch to another suitable itinerary, you will also be eligible for “priority roommate matching”, and we will assist you in arranging a shared accommodation partner.
