(1) Tours of 8 days or less: USD $12 per person per day
(2) Tours over 8 days: USD $15 per person per day
The total fee is calculated based on the total number of travel days and collected in full at the time of booking.

3.Booking Rules
(1) Voluntary selection: All participants may choose whether to purchase the Preferred Seat service based on their own needs at the time of booking.
(2) First-come, first-served: Preferred seats are limited. For vehicles with 15 seats or more, the first three rows are designated as paid seats and will be assigned in order of payment until sold out.
(3) Priority for traveling companions: For travelers under the same booking, we will make every effort to arrange adjacent seats if Preferred Seats are purchased together.

4.Important Notes
(1) The Preferred Seat fee only covers seat selection priority and does not include any additional services.
(2) In the event of vehicle changes due to weather, road conditions, or operational adjustments, we will strive to provide equivalent seating arrangements or refund the corresponding fee based on the affected days.
(3) Passengers who do not purchase this service will be assigned seats free of charge on a rotational basis, and we will make reasonable efforts to seat traveling companions together.

5.Refund Policy
(1) Cancellation more than 7 days before departure: full refund of the Preferred Seat fee.
(2) Cancellation 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund.
(3) Cancellation within 3 days of departure: non-refundable.

Itinerary Notes

Special Notes:

1. The sequence of the itinerary, attractions, flights, and accommodations listed above are subject to change, modification, or substitution. The final itinerary shall be as confirmed by our company prior to departure.

2. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary and apply additional charges due to factors such as airline policies, visa requirements, government regulations, or weather conditions.

Flight numbers and schedules listed in the itinerary are for reference only and may be reasonably adjusted based on actual circumstances.

Cancellation and Change Policy

I. Cancellation Policy:

1. 120 days or more prior to departure: Full refund will be issued.

2. 90–119 days prior to departure: A 5% service fee of the total tour cost will be charged, plus any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

3. 60–89 days prior to departure: A 10% service fee of the total tour cost will be charged, plus any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

4. 59 days or less prior to departure: No refunds will be issued. Name changes (transfer of the booking to another traveler) are permitted, subject to a 5% fee.

Note: We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. If you need to cancel for personal reasons, you may file a claim with your insurance provider in accordance with the policy terms.

Additional Terms:

1. The cancellation policy does not apply to airfare or cruise components, which are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines and cruise operators.

2. Failure to join the tour on the departure date and time will be considered a voluntary forfeiture; all payments made will be non-refundable.

3. Any additional hotel bookings or services are subject to the specific policies of the hotel or service provider to determine refund eligibility.

4. If a traveler withdraws from the tour or is unable to participate in any scheduled activities due to personal reasons (including but not limited to lack of valid travel documents, visa issues, late arrival, illness, or accidents), all payments made will be non-refundable, and no alternative services or compensation will be provided.

II. Force Majeure

In the event that the itinerary cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, war, or strikes, the company will prioritize the safety of travelers and their property. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify part or all of the itinerary and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such events. All payments made will be non-refundable.

III. Additional Charges:

1)In the event of airline-imposed fare adjustments, any price difference must be paid in accordance with the airline’s policies. If the ticket is issued as a group fare, it is non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

2)If there are policy-driven price adjustments in the destination country affecting fees, items not included in the itinerary, or other related costs, any resulting price differences must be paid accordingly.

3)Strong Recommendation: Travel insurance is highly recommended. Unexpected events—such as emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters, or war; changes to the itinerary; health issues involving you or your family members; flight delays or cancellations; strikes; lost luggage; cruise cancellations or itinerary changes; personal injury; or loss of personal property—may disrupt your travel plans. In the event of such circumstances, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, it shall not bear legal liability or responsibility for compensation. Please purchase appropriate insurance to safeguard your travel and medical expenses.

We especially recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance to cover the following risks:

•  Trip cancellation/interruption

•  Emergency medical and evacuation

•  Flight delay

•  Baggage loss/delay

Below are some insurance channels commonly used by our customers for your reference:

1.  World Nomads: www.worldnomads.com

2.  https://www.travelinsurance.com/

3.  Allianz: www.allianztravelinsurance.com

You may also purchase insurance from an insurer you are familiar with.

Travelers who do not purchase insurance shall bear all losses arising from unforeseen circumstances, and the company shall not be liable for any compensation.

Travel Instructions

I. Meeting & Boarding Requirements

① All participants in the tour group must assemble and depart on time. Please arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes in advance. Our company's tour bus will not wait for latecomers. If you fail to join the group at the agreed time and location, or are unable to catch up en route, it will be considered as an automatic waiver of the trip, and no refunds will be given.

②The pick-up and drop-off times indicated in the tour notification are estimated. The specific locations for boarding and alighting will be confirmed by our company. (In case of traffic conditions or other special circumstances that prevent our bus from arriving at the pick-up location on time or if there is a temporary change in schedule, our company will notify you promptly. Please wait patiently.)

II. Vehicle & Luggage Requirements

① There are three types of buses: large buses, minibuses, and 9-seater vans. Generally, large buses have dedicated luggage compartments for storing baggage, while minibuses and 9-seater vans have relatively smaller spaces for luggage storage. Given the limited space in the bus compartments, we recommend that you travel with as little luggage as possible. Our company will arrange the appropriate vehicle based on the final group size to ensure that each person has a seat.

② To avoid excessive congestion at tourist attractions, in most cities, the parking spots for tour buses are located farther away from the attractions. Drivers are not allowed to park indiscriminately, as violations will result in hefty fines. Therefore, the boarding and alighting locations may be a certain distance from the attractions. We ask for the understanding of all group members.

III. Safety Tips for Traveling by Tour Bus:

① Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.

② Do not carry any prohibited items.

③ Do not tamper with any objects on the bus to avoid unnecessary damage.

④ During temporary stops, please follow the arrangements of the tour guide and do not wander off.

⑤ When getting off the bus for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, please make sure to close the bus windows and take your valuables with you. The travel agency will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

⑥ Given the long travel time and heavy load on the vehicle, if the bus breaks down and affects the itinerary, the travel agency will take prompt remedial measures. Please cooperate fully.

Important Notes and Safety Risk Warnings

I. Important Notes for Tour Registration

1. Passport Validity: Before joining an overseas tour, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. If your travel is disrupted due to expired or invalid documents (e.g., visa denials, entry/exit rejections), all resulting losses will be borne solely by yourself.

2. Visa & Entry Requirements: Visa issuance and entry approval are subject to the administrative or sovereign authority of relevant institutions. You must provide truthful information, and the travel agency will assist with procedures. However, delays or denials due to your failure to submit required materials, incomplete documentation, or personal circumstances will be your responsibility.

3. Visa Documentation Updates: Visa requirements for Europe, America, Asia, etc., are frequently updated by embassies/consulates. The travel agency will notify you to supplement materials promptly. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete, late, or flawed submissions will result in losses borne by you.

4. Border Control Compliance: Even with a valid visa, entry/exit approval depends on immigration authorities. If denied entry/exit due to personal reasons (e.g., incomplete documentation), all losses are your responsibility.

II. Health & Activity Risk Warnings

1. Health Disclosure: Disclose your health status and medical history during registration. The agency may recommend suitable tours and advise medical checkups. If you insist on joining despite health risks, the agency assumes you have consulted a doctor and are fit to travel.

Seniors aged 65+ and minors require family/parental accompaniment.

The agency may require specific travel insurance and reserves the right to deny registration if accompaniment is lacking.

2. Emergency Assistance: In emergencies (e.g., safety threats, medical crises), the agency, local authorities, or embassies may assist, but costs (e.g., medical fees, evacuation) are your responsibility. Contact your tour leader, agency, or local institutions immediately.

3. Medical Emergencies: The agency will arrange urgent medical care but cannot guarantee access to specific hospitals. Treatment costs are your responsibility.

4. Care Limitations: Tour leaders cannot abandon the group to provide prolonged medical support. If full-time care is needed, the agency can assist in arranging visits by family (at your expense). Provide emergency contacts in advance.

5. Family Visits: If family must travel to assist you abroad, the agency will help coordinate but cannot guarantee discounted travel rates. All costs (flights, hotels) are your responsibility.

6. The travel agency particularly reminds tourists with the following conditions: those with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illnesses, asthma, cervical spondylosis, and other recurring diseases not mentioned above. This also includes healthy individuals aged 55 and above, as well as pregnant women. Please avoid participating in the following activities: Diving, mountaineering, rafting, skiing, horseback riding, skydiving, hot air ballooning, helicopter rides, desert safaris, zip-lining, amusement park rides, or close wildlife encounters.

We usually do not include activities that are dangerous or highly stimulating in the itinerary. If you find that any item may cause harm to your body, please be sure to inform the team leader or tour guide in advance. We will make appropriate arrangements.

III. Personal Property & Shopping Guidelines

1. Safeguard Belongings: Keep valuables secure. Do not leave items unattended in luggage, buses, or hotel rooms. The agency will assist in reporting thefts but cannot recover losses or compensate for damages.

2. Tax Refunds: Retain tax refund forms. Guides may assist with documentation, but refund approval depends on local policies. The agency cannot guarantee successful refunds.

3. Transaction Fees: Bank charges for card payments are non-refundable. Returned purchases may incur additional fees at your expense.

IV. Important Notice Regarding Luggage for Cross-Border Travel Products

Given that cross-border travel involves multiple flight segments, and given the possibility of luggage loss during air transit-which can be difficult to recover once it occurs-we hereby provide the following important guidelines to protect your interests and ensure a smoother journey:

1.Carry-On Recommendations:
It is strongly advised that you keep valuable items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, important documents, etc.) and special medications in your carry-on luggage. Do not check them in.
If you require daily liquid medication for medical reasons, please obtain a medical certificate from a hospital in advance to facilitate security checks.

2.Luggage Loss Handling:
In the unfortunate event of lost luggage, our agency will actively assist you in reporting the loss and liaising with the carrier airline to locate your belongings. If your flight ticket was booked through us, we will also assist you in filing a claim with the airline. Please note, however, that according to relevant regulations and agreements, our role is limited to assistance, and we do not assume compensation liability for lost luggage.

3.Additional Insurance Advice:
If you have concerns about the coverage limit of the basic travel insurance, you may consider purchasing supplemental high-coverage travel insurance at your own discretion to protect against potential risks.

Room Sharing Policy

1. Room-Sharing Policy for Solo Travelers

(1) For solo travelers, a single room supplement is generally required. If you prefer to share a room with another traveler in the same group, please indicate your room-sharing request at the time of booking. We will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable match.

(2) Please note that as this is a group formed by individual travelers (not family groups), we cannot guarantee the sleep habits of room-sharing partners in advance. Such habits may include, but are not limited to, snoring, teeth grinding, talking in sleep, sleeping with lights on, or drinking alcohol in the room. If any of these behaviors affect your rest and overall travel experience, we strongly recommend that travelers with sleep concerns, or those with special sleep habits, pay the single room supplement to secure a private room.

(3) If you agree to room sharing but later require a single room while traveling abroad, you will need to arrange directly with the hotel and pay the additional cost in cash or by credit card. Please note that the full room charge (not a half-room supplement) will apply. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Single Room Supplement Policy

(1) For travelers who request room sharing upon booking, room assignments will strictly follow the order of document submission or deposit payment, on a “first-come, first-served” basis to ensure fairness.

If a “natural single room” situation occurs after the group registration deadline (i.e., no same-gender roommate is available and a solo room is unavoidable), the following arrangements will apply:

Single Room Supplement Responsibility: The last traveler in order of document submission or deposit payment among those requesting room sharing will be responsible for paying the single room supplement.

Tour Postponement or Change: You may postpone your participation to the next available departure date at the same tour price as originally booked, and you will be granted priority room-sharing arrangement for that departure. We will prioritize matching you with a roommate.

(2) If you choose to switch to another suitable itinerary, you will also retain priority room-sharing status, and we will prioritize arranging a roommate for you.
